Our small group Personal Training in small groups of 4-5 people. This is a fitness ‘Blitz’ and you will be pushed to your limits.
Small group Personal Training sessions are perfect for anyone looking to push their fitness to the next level, and equally suited for those new to exercise who want to get fit fast! They offer an affordable form of personal training and are available for all fitness levels.
We run our small group Personal Training throughout the year with 6-8 set weekly sessions open to anyone to book on, held at Holloway Hill Recreation Ground in Godalming. You can book on as many sessions as you wish, be it 1, 2, 5, 10 sessions a month, there’s no minimum or maximum.
Our small group Personal Training sessions in Godalming take more of a strength and conditioning theme. There might be hill runs/sprints, barbells, plyo boxes, boxing, battleropes, slamballs, kettlebells and much more.
We have started brand new small group Boxing sessions! Our Boxing PT sessions are for groups of 4/5 only and held in Godalming on Mondays (6:15pm), Thursdays (10:15am) and Saturdays (7:45am).

Mondays at 6:15pm (Boxing PT) – 02/09, 09/09, 16/09, 23/09, 30/09
Thursdays at 8am & 9am – 05/09, 12/09, 19/09, 26/09
Thursdays at 10:15am (Boxing PT) – 05/09, 12/09, 19/09, 26/09
Fridays at 5pm and 6:15pm – 06/09, 13/09, 20/09, 27/09
Saturdays at 7:45am (Boxing PT) – 07/09, 14/09, 21/09, 28/09
Sundays at 8am and 9am – 01/09, 08/09, 15/09, 22/09, 29/09
You can pick and chose any of the sessions listed, be it just 1 session or 4, 5, 8, 10, 12 sessions if you wish! Be quick though as sessions often sell out in a matter of minutes when released!
To book on any of the above sessions get in touch ASAP! There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions you need to book on, you can do as many as you wish!
