The PT sessions are either one-to-one (aka really tough) or in small groups of like-minded friends or colleagues. All personal training sessions are tailored to you for an effective, motivating workout that ensures you achieve your fitness goals.
Be it body fat reduction, weight management, body sculpting, stress release, strength training or training for a specific event or sport, our personal trainers will make it happen.

Boxing, tyres, running, weights, ropes. The exercises during personal training are as individual as you and your fitness level.
And so are the reasons. We’ve people taking PT sessions because they want to lose weight and tone up. We have others who wanted to sign up for a “Brutal” – 10 km races over tough terrain and needed the extra strength developed during personal training. Some sessions are with professional athletes and one of our regulars was training to swim the Channel.

Before committing, we provide a no-obligation, free consultation with your Personal Trainer. This will give you the opportunity to meet and discuss your health, fitness and lifestyle aims and objectives. Your Trainer will then incorporate these into a fitness plan that will help you achieve these.
Personal training sessions last for one hour and start with a warm up and gentle stretch, before moving into your program. This may involve equipment (your trainer will bring everything required) or use available facilities. The instructor will motivate you throughout the session, keeping it fun while encouraging you to work hard so that you achieve measurable results.
PT sessions are available on a one-off basis or benefit from discounts by booking blocks of 5, 10 or 20 sessions. Sessions can be on a one-to-one or one-to-two basis, if you wish to share the workout and cost with a friend.
