How do I book a two-week trial? Is there any commitment?

Get in touch and we’ll give you all the information on all the sessions near you. There is no commitment after your two-week trial. We want you to come and try loads of sessions to get a real feel for what we do!

Do I need to book a class?

No. We are super flexible. You can attend any session on our timetable with no need to book. Come to any session, at any venue!

Only classes that are courses such as ‘Beginners Yoga’ and ‘Regen Yoga’ require booking.

Is there a minimum contract for the monthly membership?

No. You pay for just one month a time! You pay for your first month in advance via our website then at your next session we will give you a standing order form to complete for each month after. You can stop, start, pause, decrease and increase your monthly membership as you wish.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! At every fitness class we run we have a wide range of fitness level, ages, men and ladies. We have complete beginners who haven’t exercised for years as well as members who are very fit! At every session there are people of similar fitness levels.

I'm interested in Personal Training, how do I get started?

We can arrange a free, no obligation consultation and free mini-session with one of our team of fitness trainers at a day, time and location to suit you. Get in touch and we’ll get you booked in.

Can I share a Personal Training session with a friend?

Yes! Personal Training sessions can be on a one to one basis or shared with a friend. The cost is the same so training with a friend is even more affordable. Get in touch to arrange your free consultation.

What is a PT Blitz course?

Our PT Blitz courses are hugely popular and run all year round. These are generally 6 x 1 hour group Personal Training session with four people. The six sessions are over 2-3 weeks with other members of a similar fitness level. You can join a course or form one with friends. Get in touch for more info.
