Surrey Fitness Centres Run Club launches this week – a brand new class for 2016! Our first ‘Run Club’ is meeting this Thursdays at 7:45pm at Crown Court car park in Godalming with a weekly ‘Run Club’ planned to start shortly in Woking (Knaphill) and Farnham. Our social, friendly, community focussed running club is open to everyone – beginners and more experienced runners are welcome!
Like all our classes here at Surrey Fitness Centres our running clubs will focus on creating a super friendly atmosphere, where members will be encouraged, make friends and improve their fitness every week.

Each run club will be different and work on aspects of running training – intervals, fartlek, tempo, short and long runs – all designed to improve your individual running fitness.
If you are looking to build your fitness up to a 10km, half marathon, improve your speed or just your stamina and general fitness then the SFC ‘Run Club’ is perfect for you!

We will set regular challenges/races/events for regulars to take part in if they wish, such as the Brutal Run, HellRunner and various 10kms events locally.
