The exercises during personal training are as individual as you and your fitness level.
And so are the reasons. We’ve people taking Personal Training sessions because they want to lose weight and tone up. We have others who wanted improve their overall fitness, their running or train for a fitness event and we have people who want to improve their strength and conditioning.
Before committing, we provide a no-obligation, free consultation with your Personal Trainer. This will give you the opportunity to meet and discuss your health, fitness and lifestyle aims and objectives. Your Trainer will then incorporate these into a fitness plan that will help you achieve these.
Personal Training sessions are available on a one-off basis or benefit from discounts by booking blocks of 5, 10 or 20 sessions. Sessions can be on a one-to-one or one-to-two basis, if you wish to share the workout and cost with a friend.
